Ingredients

1 Diced chicken breast

1 Diced onion

1 Chopped spring onion

1 Crushed clove of garlic

½ teaspoon of Freshly grated ginger

1 teaspoon of Curry powder

½ teaspoon of Ground cumin

100 milliliters of Coconut milk

50 milliliters of Cooking cream

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 Sprig of parsley

½ Chopped red bell pepper

1 Diced potato

½ cup of Broth

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the diced chicken breast to taste with salt and pepper.
