1 Onion
¼ cup of Dry wine
1 Chili pepper
3 tablespoons of Tomato puree
4 Garlic cloves
1 Bitter orange or lemon
3 tablespoons of Fat
1 ½ pound of Potato
Olives or raisins
Ground pepper
Bell peppers
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
