4 Chicken pieces

1 Onion

¼ cup of Dry wine

1 Chili pepper

3 tablespoons of Tomato puree

4 Garlic cloves

1 Bitter orange or lemon

3 tablespoons of Fat

1 ½ pound of Potato

Olives or raisins

Ground pepper

Bell peppers

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by marinating the chicken with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic, making sure to rub it well to absorb the flavors.

Step 2 : After a few hours, prepare a sofrito with hot fat, finely chopped onion and chili pepper, adding bay leaf and tomato puree for flavor.

Step 3 : In a large skillet, sauté the marinated chicken until it starts to brown.

Step 4 : Then, add a cup of broth to cover it and let it cook over low heat until the chicken is almost tender.

Step 5 : At that moment, incorporate the dry wine, potatoes cut into pieces, olives or raisins, and bell peppers to taste.
