1 Large rabbit
1 Onion
3 Cloves of garlic
2 Bay leaves
1 pinch of Salt
Sour orange juice or lemon
1 pinch of Pepper
Toasted oregano
Cumin
4 tablespoons of Dry wine
2 tablespoons of Oil

Step 1 : To prepare the rabbit, start by marinating it and letting it soak in the orange juice for a period of 24 hours.
Step 2 : Then, proceed to bake it at a temperature of 375°C, adding the chopped onion, halved garlic cloves, pepper, oregano, and bay leaves before placing it in the oven.
