1 Large rabbit

1 Onion

3 Cloves of garlic

2 Bay leaves

1 pinch of Salt

Sour orange juice or lemon

1 pinch of Pepper

Toasted oregano

Cumin

4 tablespoons of Dry wine

2 tablespoons of Oil
