700 grams of Fish
1 cup of Lemon juice
1 Medium onion
1 Medium sweet pepper
10 Parsley sprigs
Lemon slices

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious ceviche, first fillet and cut the white-fleshed fish into small cubes.
Step 2 : Then, peel and cut the onion into julienne, extract the lemon juice, and clean and dice the chilies into julienne.
Step 3 : The next step is to place the fish in a stainless steel container and season it with salt and pepper.
Step 4 : Next, pour the lemon juice over the fish to cover it and place a quarter of the onion on top.
Step 5 : Once ready, refrigerate the ceviche for 12 hours to allow the flavors to mix properly.
