Ingredients

500 grams of Filet

110 grams of Rabbit meat

110 grams of White cheese

1 Sour orange

1 Garlic clove

40 grams of Wheat flour

6 Eggs

110 milliliters of Oil

60 milliliters of Tomato sauce

110 grams of Casabe

Ground pepper

1 pinch of Salt

French fries

Preparation

Step 1 : The rabbit meat must be cleaned of baits and skins, then sliced and flattened well with a cloth.

Step 2 : Next, season with salt, pepper, garlic, and sour orange juice.

Step 3 : The rabbit meat seasoned with salt and pepper is cooked and chopped into slices.

Step 4 : Then, slice the cheese into strips and incorporate it along with the rabbit meat on the already prepared piece.

Step 5 : Roll it up in the shape of a cigar, crack it, open it, and pour the eggs into a bowl for beating, add sifted wheat flour, grind the casabe and sift.

Step 6 : The rolled meat is passed through wheat flour, then through the egg and finally through the ground casabe.

Step 7 : Prepare a tomato sauce and fry potatoes.

Step 8 : The prepared piece is fried in hot fat for about 3 minutes.

Step 9 : To serve, present on a serving plate with the sauce underneath, the garnish on the side, and artistically decorate with fresh vegetables.
