2 pounds of Fish fillet
1 tablespoon of Flour
2 tablespoons of Oil
2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
2 cups of Water
½ cup of Chopped onion
1 tablespoon of Crushed garlic
2 teaspoons of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Salt
¼ teaspoon of Ground pepper
½ teaspoon of Nutmeg

Step 1 : Cut the fillets into medium-sized portions and coat with flour.
