Ingredients

2 pounds of Pork loin

6 tablespoons of Oil

3 tablespoons of Castilla flour

2 Onions

3 Garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Tomato puree

4 tablespoons of Dry wine

1 Bay leaf

1 teaspoon of Oregano

½ cup of Broth or water

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first cut the pork into approximately one-centimeter pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : Then, coat them in flour and fry in half of the oil.

Step 3 : Next, add the chopped onion, sauté until golden, and add the wine, tomato, and broth or water.

Step 4 : Season with salt and pepper, and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.

Step 5 : On the other hand, soak eight onion rings, bread them, and fry with the remaining oil.

Step 6 : Subsequently, place the meat in a dish, cover with the sauce (previously thickened to taste), and garnish with the fried onion rings.
