2 pounds of Potatoes

1 cup of Water

½ cup of Dry wine

1 tablespoon of Salt

¼ teaspoon of Pepper

1 Onion

1 Large chili

4 tablespoons of Tomato puree

1 Bay leaf

4 tablespoons of Fat

Preparation
