Ingredients

1 Green plantain

Frying oil

1 Chicken breast, cubed

1 Chopped tomato

½ cup of Chopped bell pepper

cup of Chopped onion

1 tablespoon of Tomato paste

cup of Chicken broth

1 teaspoon of Butter

1 cup of Pork cracklings

1 Crushed garlic clove

Salt and cilantro

Preparation

Step 1 : The plantain should be peeled and cut into thick slices.

Step 2 : Next, heat the oil to fry the plantain pieces, ensuring they soften.

Step 3 : Once ready, remove from heat and let drain on absorbent paper.

Step 4 : In parallel, sauté the chicken breast and season to taste.

Step 5 : Subsequently, prepare a sofrito with tomato, bell pepper, onion, and tomato paste.
