Pork Ribs with Orange
Ingredients
450 grams of Pork ribs
2 Garlic cloves
½ cup of Oil
½ cup of Corojo
Parsley
Sour orange
½ cup of Crushed tomato
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the pork ribs, they should be marinated for 3 or 4 hours in a mixture of sour orange juice, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 2 : Then, the ribs are browned on the grill or griddle, drizzling them with the garlic.
Step 3 : They are covered with mojo and, if desired, can be finished in the oven over medium heat.
Step 4 : To finish, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and fresh tomato.
