Ingredients

1 kilogram of Whole pork belly

½ cup of Pineapple juice

1 Onion

2 Garlic cloves

¼ Carrot, julienned

¼ Zucchini, julienned

Lard

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The pork is cut into small pieces and excess fat is removed.

Step 2 : Then, it is marinated in lemon juice with salt and garlic, and left to marinate overnight.

Step 3 : Next, reserve the marinade and proceed to roll the pork with waxed twine.
