Ingredients

4 Finely sliced fish fillets

4 Fresh pineapple slices

1 Bunch of leeks

2 Garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of Ground ginger

2 tablespoons of Soy sauce

2 tablespoons of Oil

2 tablespoons of Lemon juice

4 tablespoons of Dry wine

¾ cup of Chinese beans

1 cup of Chopped swiss chard

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by crushing the garlic with a pinch of salt.

Step 2 : Then, marinate the fillets with lemon, garlic, and half of the ginger, letting them marinate for about 30 minutes.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, wash the leeks and cut them into thin strips, chopping the small bulbs into small pieces.

Step 4 : Prepare the filling in a container with 1/2 tablespoon of oil, soy sauce, Chinese beans, pineapple slices diced into cubes, and chopped Swiss chard.

Step 5 : Cook this mixture for a few minutes until it is ready and fresh, then fill the fillets, roll them up and tie them with leek strips.

Step 6 : In the same container, add a little more oil and add the remaining pineapple cut into strips, the remaining ginger, a pinch of pepper, and the pieces of leek.

Step 7 : Cook over high heat for a moment; when it starts to release aroma, place the rolls, turn them, sprinkle with dry wine and let them cook over very low heat and covered for about ten minutes.
