Pineapple Rolls
Ingredients
4 Finely sliced fish fillets
4 Slices of fresh pineapple
1 Handful of garlic chives
2 Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of Ground ginger
2 tablespoons of Soy sauce
2 tablespoons of Oil
2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
4 tablespoons of Dry wine
¾ cup of Chinese beans
1 cup of Chopped chard
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by crushing the garlic with a pinch of salt.
Step 2 : Then, marinate the fish fillets with lemon, garlic, and half of the ginger, letting them rest in the marinade for about 30 minutes.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, wash the chives and cut them into thin strips, chopping the small bulbs into tiny pieces.
Step 4 : Prepare the filling in a bowl with 1/2 tablespoon of oil, soy sauce, Chinese beans, diced pineapple slices, and chopped chard.
Step 5 : Cook this mixture for a few minutes until it is ready and fresh, then fill the fillets, roll them up, and secure with chive strips.
Step 6 : In the same bowl, add a little more oil and add the rest of the sliced pineapple, remaining ginger, a pinch of pepper, and the chopped chives.
Step 7 : Cook over high heat for a moment; when it starts to aroma, place the rolls, turn them, drizzle with dry wine, and let them cook on very low heat covered for about ten minutes.
