1 kilogram of Flank steak

2 Onions

4 Garlic cloves

2 Bell peppers

1 cup of Red tomato puree

Parsley

Oregano

Bay leaves

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

2 tablespoons of Lard

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by cutting the flank steak into pieces and placing it in a pressure cooker until tender.

Step 2 : Then, reserve the broth and shred the meat.

Step 3 : Next, thinly julienne the onion and fry it with lard in a large pot.

Step 4 : Once the onion is transparent and changes color, add the chopped garlic and stir until fragrant.

Step 5 : Then add the chopped bell pepper, tomato puree, shredded meat, and spices to taste.

Step 6 : Cook until boiling and add two cups of the reserved broth.

Step 7 : Let it simmer until it boils again.

Step 8 : This dish can be served with rice as a side dish, a perfect combination!
