Ingredients

2 pounds of Tail-off shrimp

1 cup of Chopped onions

½ cup of Chopped green peppers

4 Chopped garlic cloves

16 ounces of Tomato sauce

1 cup of Dry white wine

2 tablespoons of White wine vinegar

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 ½ teaspoon of Red pepper flakes

4 tablespoons of Chopped fresh parsley

3 Bay leaves

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by coating a pot with olive oil and heating it over medium-high heat.

Step 2 : Add the onions, green peppers, and garlic, and cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 3 : Once the vegetables are cooked, add the tomato sauce, dry white wine, white wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, bay leaves, and parsley.

Step 4 : Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the pot.

Step 5 : Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6 : After this time, add the shrimp to the preparation.

Step 7 : Mix the shrimp well with the sauce, cover the pot again, and let it cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp are no longer gray and turn pink.

Step 8 : You should notice the shrimp curling in on themselves and the ends almost touching.
