Ingredients

1 pound of Spaghetti

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 pound of Ground meat (beef, pork, ham, or a combination)

3 Garlic cloves

1 Onion

½ teaspoon of Salt

¼ teaspoon of Pepper

¼ cup of Breadcrumbs

¼ cup of Milk

¼ cup of Castilla flour

¼ cup of Oil

1 Egg

1 Chopped onion

½ cup of Dry wine

½ cup of Tomato puree

¼ teaspoon of Pepper

Salt and cheese

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by making the meatballs by mixing the ground meat, crushed garlic, and finely chopped onion.

Step 2 : Season the mixture with salt, pepper, milk, and beaten egg. Shape into meatballs, coat with flour, and brown them in hot oil.

Step 3 : Once the meatballs are golden, remove them and in the same oil sauté chopped onion, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and dry wine to make the sauce.

Step 4 : Cook over medium heat so the sauce doesn’t thicken too much. Then add the meatballs and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, boil water with a pinch of salt and oil. Cook the spaghetti in this boiling water until al dente.

Step 6 : Once cooked, drain and serve alongside the meatballs.

Step 7 : Optionally, sprinkle grated cheese on top before serving.
