Ingredients

2 pounds of White rice

¾ cup of Green beans

¼ cup of Daikon radish

½ cup of Carrot

½ cup of Corn kernels or cooked peas

¼ cup of Chives

¼ cup of Leek

1 teaspoon of Oregano

1 tablespoon of Cilantro

1 Chili pepper

1 teaspoon of Celery

3 tablespoons of Oil

4 Plum tomatoes

Creole, seasoned or soy sauce

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by cooking the white rice until it is fluffy and al dente.

Step 2 : Then, rinse all the vegetables in running water.

Step 3 : Dice the radish into pieces about a centimeter in size and the green beans into two-centimeter lengths, cooking them al dente in a little broth.

Step 4 : Similarly, slice the carrot into rounds and stir-fry it in the pan.

Step 5 : Finely chop all the seasonings and soften the peas or corn, separating them from the broth.

Step 6 : In a skillet, stir-fry the raw vegetables until they begin to soften, then add the seasonings.

Step 7 : Add the stir-fried white rice and the Creole or seasoned sauce, along with the rest of the half-cooked vegetables.

Step 8 : Incorporate the cooked green beans and continue stirring carefully to prevent the vegetables from falling apart.
