Stuffed Eggs

4 Eggs

1 Onion

2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise or cream cheese

1 pinch of Salt

Cheese triangles

1 pinch of Pepper

Step 2 : Once ready, cool and cut in halves lengthwise.

Step 3 : Then, remove the yolks and mash them together to form a paste.

Step 4 : In a separate container, mix the yolks with chopped or ground onion, mayonnaise or cream cheese, salt and pepper, until obtaining a smooth and well-integrated paste.

Step 5 : Next, fill the halves of the whites with the prepared paste, ensuring they are bulging.

Step 6 : They can be placed on a dish garnished with parsley, peppers, or other green vegetable for a more visually appealing presentation.
