Stuffed Roast Chicken

1 Lemon
5 Garlic cloves
2 cups of Moros y Cristianos rice
½ Onion
5 tablespoons of Oil
4 Potatoes
½ Onion
½ Green pepper
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Oregano
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : The first step to prepare this delicious recipe is to wash and clean the chicken.
Step 2 : Next, season with oregano and cumin, and add lemon and crushed garlic.
Step 3 : It is important to let the chicken rest for 2 hours so the flavors can meld perfectly.
Step 4 : While the chicken rests, prepare the Moros y Cristianos rice and set aside 2 cups to stuff the chicken later.
