Ingredients

5 Sweet potatoes

2 Garlic cloves

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Nutmeg

1 tablespoon of Butter

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the sweet potato puree, start by cleaning and peeling the sweet potatoes.

Step 2 : Then, boil them in very little water with salt until tender.

Step 3 : Once cooked, mash them with a fork, adding the previously crushed garlic cloves and the rest of the spices gradually.

Step 4 : If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little of the sweet potatoes cooking water.

Step 5 : Finally, add the butter and serve the puree hot.
