Traditional Cuban Style Picadillo
Ingredients
500 grams of Beef
250 grams of Creole sofrito
80 milliliters of Vegetable oil
40 milliliters of Sherry wine
60 grams of Red bell pepper
40 grams of Green peas
450 grams of White rice
450 grams of Fried ripe plantains
4 Fried eggs
5 grams of Chopped parsley
1 pinch of Ground pepper
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this exquisite recipe, you must start by cleaning the meat and then grinding it through the medium blade of the grinder.
