Ingredients

1 ½ cup of Melted chocolate

½ cup of Cream

1 can of Sweetened condensed milk

2 cups of Milk

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the bomb, place the chocolate and butter in a saucepan.

Step 2 : Once melted in a double boiler, add the hot cream, stir, and let cool.

Step 3 : In another saucepan, cook the sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler for one hour; once done, let it cool.

Step 4 : Then, prepare the molds of the desired size, previously greased with butter, and add a layer of chocolate fondant first, followed by the sweetened condensed milk, and finally a second layer that acts as a seal.

Step 5 : Subsequently, store in the refrigerator until they harden, and finally serve.
