½ kilogram of Fresh coconut pulp

4 Eggs

1 cup of Sugar

3 Egg yolks

1 A splash of vanilla

Step 2 : Pour the sugar into the pan over high heat and stir until completely dissolved.

Step 3 : Carefully, pour the resulting caramel into a flan mold to cover the bottom.

Step 4 : Next, place the eggs, yolks, coconut, vanilla, and the remaining sugar into a blender.

Step 5 : Blend until the coconut is completely ground.

Step 6 : Let the mixture rest to eliminate the egg foam, then pour it over the caramel in the flan mold.

Step 7 : Then, bake in a water bath in the oven for about an hour and a half.

Step 8 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let cool.
