Coconut Pudding
Ingredients
1 Bread slices
6 Eggs
1 can of Sweetened condensed milk
150 grams of Grated coconut
Water
Liquid caramel
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the sweetened condensed milk.
Step 2 : Using the empty can as a measure, add one can of water to the mixture.
Step 3 : Once everything is well mixed, incorporate the sliced bread and grated coconut.
Step 4 : Then, pour the mixture into a pudding mold previously greased with liquid caramel.
Step 5 : Let it rest for an hour and cook in a double boiler.
Step 6 : To check if it’s ready, insert a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it’s done.
Step 7 : Let it cool and refrigerate to serve cold.
