Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by placing the beef in a pot with water, salt, pepper, cumin, bay leaf, garlic, onion, tomato, and chili pepper.
Step 2 : Then, cook everything over medium heat for at least two hours, until the beef is completely tender.
Step 3 : Once the beef is cooked, strain everything and separate the beef.
Step 4 : Next, place the beef back in the pot and add the diced potatoes, cooking for about ten minutes until the potato pieces are soft.
Step 5 : At that point, add the noodles to the preparation.
Step 6 : If the water reduces during the beef cooking process, it is advisable to add more water to maintain the right consistency.
Step 7 : When serving the soup, you can add lemon juice to enhance its flavor.
