Ingredients

1 kilogram of Salted fish

220 grams of Yuca

180 grams of Malanga

180 grams of Yam

180 grams of Breadfruit

1 Large potato

300 grams of Domplin

1 pinch of Cilantro

1 Cachucha pepper

¼ cup of Criolla sauce

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by desalting the fish in plenty of water.

Step 2 : Once desalted, make a broth with the fish and then strain it to remove the masses and bones.

Step 3 : In a pot with the broth over heat, add the peeled and diced tubers in order of hardness.

Step 4 : After 5 minutes, add the domplin and criolla sauce, and simmer without uncovering the pot.

Step 5 : When serving, add the appropriate portion of fish to each plate, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
