Chicken Soup with Rice and Carrot
Ingredients
½ cup of Raw rice
1 cup of Crushed carrot
1 cup of Chopped leek
1 Celery sprig
1 Chicken broth tablets
4 cups of Water
Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pressure cooker, place the ingredients without salt.
Step 2 : Once the pressure cooker starts to build pressure, wait 10 minutes before turning it off.
Step 3 : Salt is added just before serving.
