Creamy Swiss Chard Soup

Ingredients

1 Large bunch of green Swiss chard

1 Onion

2 Garlic cloves

1 Chili pepper

1 can of Evaporated milk

Olive oil

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash and disinfect the Swiss chard, dry it, and remove the stems, leaving only the tender leaves.

Step 2 : Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan with olive oil.

Step 3 : Add the garlic and chopped Swiss chard in thick julienne strips.

Step 4 : Let it sauté for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and allow to cool.

Step 5 : Place the mixture in a blender with the evaporated milk and blend until smooth and homogeneous.

Step 6 : Next, pour it into a pot with a little more olive oil, season to taste, and bring to a boil before serving.

Step 7 : If the mixture is too thick, add a cup of broth.
