Ingredients

1 cup of Chopped broccoli

1 cup of Chopped carrot

1 cup of Chopped onion

2 tablespoons of Butter

½ cup of Wheat flour

1 liter of Milk

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation
