Ingredients

2 liters of Broth

2 Chicken pieces

1 pound of Potatoes

½ cup of Noodles

1 Onion

1 Garlic clove

6 Tomatoes

3 Peppers

Parsley

A pinch of coloring, saffron, oregano, and cumin

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with enough water, place the chicken and cook until a broth is obtained.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, prepare a mojo in oil with a crushed garlic clove, onion, tomatoes, peppers, and parsley, all finely chopped.

Step 3 : Add two ladles of broth to the mojo and bring to a boil.

Step 4 : Then add saffron, toasted oregano, and a pinch of crushed cumin.

Step 5 : Strain the mojo and mix it with the previously prepared broth.

Step 6 : Add the chopped potatoes and noodles, cooking until they are tender.

Step 7 : Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of sour orange juice or lime.
