1 Whole small chicken
2 Potatoes
3 Carrots
½ Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 Red chili pepper
½ cup of Rice
Parsley
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, the first thing to do is clean the chicken from giblets.
Step 2 : Then, cut the chicken into pieces keeping the skin and boil until cooked.
Step 3 : Once ready, remove the chicken from the pot and reserve the broth.
