Ingredients

½ pound of Pork meat

1 Bunch of chard

1 Onion

3 Garlic cloves

2 Green plantains

2 Tomatoes

2 liters of Broth

Oil

Lemon juice and salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To start, fry the meat in small pieces and parboil the chard.

Step 2 : Then, cut one or two green plantains and fry them in hot oil until golden brown, remove and crush them, then add them back until you get tostones.
