Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Fresh beef meat

1 Salted meat chunk

1 kilogram of Chicken meat

1 Pork tail

Water

1 pound of Ocumo

1 pound of Cassava

1 pound of Yam

4 Green plantains

1 Bunch of parsley

1 Bunch of cilantro

4 Stalks of celery

2 Large onions

1 Head of garlic

4 Scallions

2 Peppers

Preparation

Step 1 : The meats are boiled in water until tender.

Step 2 : A mixture of vegetables and seasonings is prepared and added to the meats to cook for about 2 hours, until the meats are tender and the vegetables are soft.

Step 3 : The resulting broth is served with pickled or spicy made with a mixture of different peppers, garlic, water, and salt.
