1 Pig tail

Water

1 pound of Ocumo

1 pound of Cassava

1 pound of Yam

4 Green bananas

4 Corn cobs

1 Bunch of parsley

1 Bunch of cilantro

4 Stalks of spanish celery

2 Large onions

1 Head of garlic

4 Bunches of green onions

2 Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the broth, the meats should be placed in a large pot and covered with 2 liters of water.

Step 2 : Next, add the seasoning, the marinade, the finely chopped onion, the bell pepper, and the seedless chili peppers, and bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.

Step 3 : Once the preparation comes to a boil, cover the pot and let it cook over medium heat for 45 minutes or until the meats are tender.
