Ingredients

2 Green peppers

2 Red peppers

1 Onion

4 Garlic cloves

1 liter of Chicken broth

4 Ripe tomatoes

Oil

Parsley

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the stew, it is recommended to chop the peppers and onion into julienne strips and finely mince the garlic.

Step 2 : Likewise, cut the tomato into small cubes.

Step 3 : In a large pot, pour plenty of oil and brown the onion.

Step 4 : Then, add the garlic, peppers, and the previously chopped tomato.

Step 5 : Sauté until the tomato begins to dissolve.

Step 6 : Add the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7 : Once ready, serve the stew decorated with fresh parsley and accompanied by tostones.
