Cuban Shrimp Soup
Ingredients
2 kilograms of Shelled and headless shrimp
1 Onion
4 Garlic cloves
2 Ripe tomatoes
1 can of Evaporated milk
1 Red chili
½ Stick of butter
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, the shrimp should be clean and peeled.
Step 2 : Finely chop the onion, garlic, tomatoes, and chili.
Step 3 : Then, sauté them in a pot along with the butter.
Step 4 : Once the onion begins to soften, add the raw shrimp and stir until they start turning pink.
Step 5 : At this point, add the evaporated milk and half to a liter of water, depending on your preference.
Step 6 : Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7 : Allow the soup to come to a boil for approximately five to ten minutes, or until it reaches the desired consistency.
