110 grams of Chicken meat

1 Green plantain

110 grams of Sweet potato

110 grams of Cassava

1 Slice of pumpkin

400 grams of Rice

40 grams of Creole sauce

35 milliliters of Vegetable oil

1 liter of Water

30 grams of Lemon
