Ingredients

2 pounds of Onions

1 Stick of butter

4 cups of Broth

2 tablespoons of Salt

1 cup of Grated cheese

2 tablespoons of Chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the onions into half-moons and sauté them with butter until they are transparent.

Step 2 : Then, blend two-thirds of the onions with a little broth.

Step 3 : Add this blended mixture to the thick broth and cook until it boils.

Step 4 : Next, add salt to the remaining onions and mix with the broth, cooking the mixture until it thickens.

Step 5 : Before serving, sprinkle grated cheese on the bottom of the bowls.

Step 6 : Finally, pour the hot cream into the bowls and add chopped chives to serve.
