Ingredients

1 ½ pound of Cleaned sardines

1 Bunch of cilantro

1 Chopped onion

4 Garlic cloves

8 Chilies

1 pinch of Salt

Lime juice

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the consommé, make a broth with water, chopped seasonings and salt to taste.

Step 2 : Then, cook the sardines in this broth for twenty minutes.
