Ingredients

500 grams of Mussels

300 grams of Clams

300 grams of Prawns

1 Onion

1 Garlic clove

1 Tomato

1 ½ liter of Fish soup stock

Parsley

Bay leaf

White pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Mild olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel the prawns and save the shells to enhance the broth.

Step 2 : In a pan with a little water, open the mussels, remove them from the shell, and reserve them in the strained broth.

Step 3 : The same process is repeated with the clams.

Step 4 : Chop the onion and tomato into quarters.

Step 5 : In a pressure cooker, heat olive oil and add the onion, tomato, and sliced garlic over medium heat.

Step 6 : Moisten with the hot broth and season.

Step 7 : Close the pot, increase the heat to the maximum, and wait for the working valve to start turning.

Step 8 : Then, reduce the heat to the minimum necessary for the weight to rotate slowly and evenly.

Step 9 : Let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

Step 10 : After the time has passed, remove the pot and wait for the pressure to completely release before opening it.

Step 11 : Blend the soup and add the prawns, mussels, and clams along with their broth.

Step 12 : Let it boil for a while to unify the flavors.
