Ingredients

500 grams of Mussels

300 grams of Clams

300 grams of Shrimp

1 Onion

1 Garlic clove

1 Tomato

1 ½ liter of Fish broth for soup

Parsley

Bay leaf

White pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Mild olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 : The shrimp are peeled and the shells are kept to strengthen the broth.

Step 2 : In a skillet with a little water, open the mussels, remove them from the shell, and reserve inside the strained broth.

Step 3 : The same process is repeated with the clams.

Step 4 : The onion and tomato are quartered.

Step 5 : In a pressure cooker, heat the olive oil and add the onion, tomato, and sliced garlic over medium heat.

Step 6 : Add the hot broth and season.

Step 7 : Close the lid, turn the heat to maximum, and wait until the pressure valve starts to turn.

Step 8 : Then, lower the heat to the minimum needed for the weight to turn slowly and evenly.

Step 9 : Let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

Step 10 : Afterward, remove the pot and wait until the pressure is fully released before opening.

Step 11 : Blend the soup and add the shrimp, mussels, and clams along with their broth.

Step 12 : Let it boil a little to unify the flavors.

Step 13 : Finally, serve hot.
