Ingredients

2 cups of Natural broth

2 Carrots diced

1 Onion diced

1 Red bell pepper chopped

2 cups of Chopped lettuce

2 Cloves of garlic minced

¼ teaspoon of Dried basil

1 Turmeric bulb

Noodles

1 cup of Water

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the soup, first cook the carrots in a cup of water until tender.

Step 2 : Once ready, add them to the broth along with the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and turmeric.

Step 3 : Bring the mixture to a boil and wait for it to simmer, then add the basil and noodles.

Step 4 : Continue cooking until the noodles are al dente.

Step 5 : Then adjust the seasoning with salt, turn off the heat, and finally add the lettuce before serving.
