2 Garlic and leeks
1 Turnip
½ pound of Potato
1 Onion
2 Ripe tomatoes
1 Garlic
1 Parsley sprig
1 Bay leaf
3 liters of Broth

Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place the water along with the meat, onion, tomatoes, garlic, colorant, bay leaf, salt, and a bit of parsley.
Step 2 : Bring to a boil for about an hour and a half, then strain everything.
Step 3 : Next, let the meat cool and chop it into small pieces, as well as the carrots, garlic and leeks, turnips, and beans.
