Vegetable Broth
Ingredients
2 liters of Broth
½ pound of Cabbage
½ pound of Potato
½ pound of Pumpkin
2 Carrots
1 Onion
3 Garlic cloves
1 Green chili
5 Tomatoes
1 Sprig of parsley
¼ pound of Green beans
2 tablespoons of Oil or lard
Preparation
Step 1 : To begin, bring the broth to a boil in a large pot.
Step 2 : Then, add the cabbage, pumpkin, potatoes, and carrots, all previously chopped into small pieces.
Step 3 : Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4 : Meanwhile, in a separate pan, prepare a seasoning with oil or lard, onions, and garlic.
Step 5 : Add the chili and sauté, then add the tomatoes.
