Ingredients

1 cup of Grated pumpkin

1 cup of Grated carrot

½ cup of Cauliflower

¼ cup of Green chili

¾ cup of Corn kernels

1 Chopped onion

1 Grated potato

½ cup of Chopped chives

1 tablespoon of Oil

5 ½ cups of Beef broth

¾ teaspoon of Salt

1 pinch of Ground pepper

5 milliliters of Hot sauce

2 tablespoons of Cilantro

Preparation

Step 1 : The vegetables are washed and prepared carefully.

Step 2 : In a pot, add the oil and then the vegetables, cooking them while stirring for about 4 minutes until they are semi-wilted.

Step 3 : Then, add the broth, salt, pepper, and hot sauce; bring the mixture to a boil and cook covered for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 4 : Once that time has passed, add the cilantro and mix before removing the pot from the heat.
